Announcing: Way of the Ninja

Tuesday, 19. January 2010

Hey Everyone,  it’s been a while since I had a chance to post so I am making up for it with a big update!  I would like to announce a large game that we have in the works for quite some time, Way of the Ninja. (Expected Release Q3 2010)

Way of the Ninja is a throwback to platforming games of the past.  We are trying to infuse WotN with the best aspects from classic games such as Castlevania and Ninja Gaiden while adding a new modern approach that tries to take the genre to a new level of beauty and refinement.  I am pleased to share with you two shots from our current build of the game.

Our first reveal comes from the first level the Dragon Clan village.

The second reveal comes from Kamjin’s Forest.

That’s all for now folks!  Stay tuned next time for a closer look into the story and characters of Way of the Ninja!

Hi everyone!
Last time you heard from me, I mentioned how I would be working on Snowball’s level.  Well here is the process I went through to get there and the final result!  Snowball lives in the high mountains where there are lots of snow and slippery ice!  I hope everyone enjoys the level and loves Snowball as much as I do.  Stay tuned later this week to see the VERY HOT environment of Courtney the T-Rex

I guess this post is the inaugural post of our developer blog. We at QL are really eager to be starting full time development of several games starting at the end of this month!

We have been steadily been working under the radar to acquire some top notch talent and refining the design of some of our games since we got our official start this fall.

I am proud to announce that we are currently in production of a series of great Android games starring our mascot Chompy and some of his friends as well as a very cool game  for retro gamers and a top secret project that you will have to stay tuned for!
